Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of thalvine.shop (the “Site”) and every order you place on it. “We”, “us” and “Thalvine” mean the business that operates the Site. By visiting the Site or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund, Return & Exchange Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by Thalvine, 1734 Judy Dr, Kronenwetter, WI 54455, United States. Contact: support@thalvine.shop, +1 727-488-7610. Thalvine is the seller of every order placed on the Site. Payments are processed through Shopify and our payment providers.

2. Orders

  • An order is an offer from you to buy. It is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation, not when you receive the order confirmation email.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, for example for a pricing or stock error, suspected fraud or an address we cannot deliver to. If we cancel an order after you paid, we refund it in full.
  • You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have a parent or guardian do it for you.
  • You are responsible for giving correct details, including your shipping address, size and any personalisation text.

3. Made-to-order products

Every product is produced for you after you order it. Photos and descriptions show the product as closely as we can, but small differences in colour, print or stitch position are normal and are not defects. Please check the size chart on the product page before you order. Because items are made for you, changes and cancellations are limited as set out in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are governed by our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • A “compare at” price shown beside a price is a reference price for comparison only and is not a statement of a former selling price on this Site.
  • Payment is taken when you place the order. We never see or store your full card details.
  • If a price is wrong because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Production and delivery

Production takes up to 5 business days and total delivery is typically 7–15 business days within the United States. These are estimates, not guarantees. See the Shipping Policy for details, including carriers, tracking and delays.

6. Returns, refunds and cancellations

These are set out in our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these terms. In short: no returns or exchanges for a change of mind; defective, wrong, damaged or lost items are replaced or refunded when reported within 30 days of delivery.

7. Quality and tolerances

We aim for consistent quality. Minor variations that are inherent to made-to-order products, such as about 1–2 inches in measurements or a slight colour difference between screen and fabric, are not defects.

8. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right that you have by law and that cannot be excluded. Where these terms and such a right conflict, the right prevails.

9. Product names, marks and no affiliation

League, team, player, manufacturer and other names, logos and marks that appear in product titles, descriptions or images belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products. Thalvine is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any league, team, player or manufacturer unless the product page says so.

All other content on the Site, including text, graphics and the Thalvine name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

10. Personalised items and what you submit

If you provide a name, number or other text for a personalised item, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it is not unlawful, hateful, infringing or misleading. We may decline or cancel an order that breaks this rule and will refund it in full. We produce the text exactly as you enter it, so please check spelling and numbers before you pay.

11. Using the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site: no unlawful use, no attempts to interfere with its operation or security, no automated scraping, and no use of the Site to send spam or harmful code. We may restrict access if you do.

12. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply in the jurisdiction where Thalvine is headquartered, and disputes will be heard in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown here applies to new orders and to your use of the Site from the date shown above; existing orders keep the terms in force when they were placed.
